Assault appeal, Redruth
Police are appealing for help from the public after a man was assaulted in Pool, Redruth.
The incident took place at around 0400 hours on Friday, 13 April 2012 outside a property on Chariot Road.
The 35-year-old local victim was assaulted by another man, sustaining scratches to his face and arm.
From CCTV, a white Vauxhall Corsa van was seen driving towrads Illogan around the time of the incident and officers are keen to trace the driver of this vehicle.
The suspect is described as being aged between 40 and 50 years, around 6ft tall. He was wearing a black long-sleeved jumper with a faded green logo on the front, stone-wash denims and white trainers.
He was accompanied by a younger man, possibly a teenager, who was wearing a white hooded top and an Animal baseball cap.
